Against all odds, our medical workers continue to fight against COVID-19. Everyday, they put their health and safety at risk for our own, sacrificing their lives & sacrificing time with their families. While many of us are adjusting to the new normal in the safety of our homes, these real-life heroes continue to put themselves at risk, and remain away from their loved ones.

We decided to start a small project to help those who sacrifice so much during this time: the frontliners. The Naysh has donated a total of 50 face masks for personal use and 100 ear savers for work to Asian Hospital, DLSU - Dasmariñas Medical and Health Institute, and San Juan Medical Center.

We continue to donate the remaining 50 face masks to mobile delivery drivers such as Lalamove, Grab, and Angkas. These brave heroes enable businesses like ours to live through these times. They work long hours and are at high risk of contracting the virus because the nature of their work requires traveling from place to place. We are so grateful for them.

There is an endless list of people in need of help: medical workers at other hospitals, public transportation workers, pharmacists, guards, janitors, etc. who all fight to protect and keep us safe.

We hope that this little effort of ours may inspire more people to help those who need assistance and support the most. We encourage anyone that is somehow powered by these frontliners and by other kind souls, to do anything, no matter how small, to give back to these souls sacrificing their lives. We know it warmed our hearts to see the smiles on their faces when they received their masks; a little truly does go a long way.

On behalf of everyone from the Naysh, we would like to say thank you to the frontliners, medical and essential workers for doing everything they can to keep us all safe.

Our face masks were produced by Heleyna Bridal and our ear guards were handmade by Hitchnot. Check out their pages for their excellent quality products and services done right here in the Philippines. Without them this initiative would not have been possible.

This initiative was done in collaboration with an anonymous donor. If you would like to partner with us for future donation projects, feel free to email us a
